No way he would turn down a big money guaranteed contract. He didn't get the job because he's a nobody who has ridden Harbaugh's coat tails.

If you done research Roman has had 5 interviews for HC jobs this year

What five teams has Roman interviewed for a HC job with?

If you don't like it, don't read it. And if you went to Penn St., well...too bad.
Thank the Lord he is staying ( no not lord Fangio ) otherwise it would have been 9 OC's in 9 years. Now lets go draft 2 wr's, a tall tight end, a safety to repace Donte Crapner.

meh 13-3 is because defense and strong running game.

29th ranked passing game, barely 3000 yards passing in a league that allows 4000 very easily, 17 Td passes and awful red zone Td percentage.

But its all good.
Played out

Make no mistake. He would have accepted the PSU job had it been offered.

Not too bright I see

Um, you have no proof Roman WAS offered the job, so throwing around insults is kind of ignorant on your part.

If you done research Roman has had 5 interviews for HC jobs this year

Interviews and job OFFERS are two very different things, so stop pretending you have any idea what you are talking about in this regard.

No 8 coordinators in 8 years. Just 7 in 8 years....

So no Alexecuses next year ?

He may still go. Other NFL and college teams can make him an offer...

What are the hatEXCUSES for 13 - 3, #2 seed, playoff bye, and all time low for interceptions in a season?...

Now, now, do not bring logic here. You know as well as I that if Alex put up any better numbers than he did this year we'd be taking all the fun away from Sus. You just don't take a man's viagra from him San Diego!

Why didnt Roman's b***h ass run the ball more, we were clearly running the ball effectively.

I have no clue why the last 3-4 games of the season, and then in the playoffs did we start throwing it way more than we did earlier on. Not only that, but we started throwing in gimick plays that always killed drives and momentum.

Against the saints we had a stupid play that killed momentum, and then we had a stupid reverse fumble on a drive after we stopped the giants and could have built our lead.

The guy gets flack for being too conservative, blah blah. But, I'll tell you what: his heart was in the right place, but execution SUCKED. I think in those cases, the trick plays were attempts at using the pursuit against the Giants/Saints, respectively.

I did like the use of the option plays: fooled the G-Men, twice (I think)
