He could still get plenty of offers from NFL teams and other college teams. So could our defensive coordinator. I would guess we would be coveted this offseason for the success we had.

Norv got retained in SD along with their GM AJ Smith.
It was a controversial move since everyone thought they both were out.

At first I thought that too, but I think he means how Norv left us so late for the SD job originally.
