Nice to know he's very smart and I think is an upgrade over McC. But I sense that he tips a bit much on what he would do.

Bill Walsh could, but wouldn't say these things and keep the whole leaque guessing what he would do. I want to know if Baalke can play poker, which I think is a significant part of being a good GM.
