Good, they need to learn that kind of work ethic and get in that kind of shape. I would love to have 4 mini-Rices running around the field on Sunday.

One 49ers assistant who won't be retained is WRs coach Jerry Sullivan who's been coaching since 1970 and plans to retire.
Thank You!

Like Sing, I think JR would be a horrible coach. I'm pretty sure he would over stress the WRs with outlandish demands of perfection. I'm all for pushing people, but you have to understand that not everyone can be the GOAT. Not everyone is wired physically or mentally like most HOFs. That's what I think Sing didn't understand.

Yes I think JR did a terrible job mentoring DeSean Jackson.

Good i like that idea, s**t maybe that'll teach them to catch anything thrown in their area, and if they miss the catch a brick to the face, lol.
Nah i wouldnt wanna see anyone get hurt, but his way of training, i dont think anyone does anymore.
I mean even take Deion as a defender. He said he wasnt in the weight room that much, barely participated in the offseason workout program, but on gameday he was at 150%.
Damn where are the G's of the game now. I mean the biggest 2 I say some can emulate is Larry F and Andre Johnson, even Hines Ward and Steve Smith. With all these guys they catch the ball first then worry about everything else later. We need someone like that. Even TO in his prime in SF wasnt afraid to go right down the middle between 3 defenders and get lit the f**k up, but the main story, he caught the ball and held on.
These WR's we got are as soft as Charmin most of the time.
