By Sunday of the bronco game. The team would have been in London for a week. They should be adjusted to the time difference by then.

whatever time it is in London, the Broncos have to adjust just as much as the Niners do.
We could go to 6-5 , we could be 1-10--who knows---all these teams are right about where the Niners are in ability---most have won at least 3 games already.
I will watch at Carolina and see if the Niners can get to 2-5---all I care about right now.

This is a good example of looking beyond your current opponent. With that said, we'll probably give Carolina their first win of the season.

They can be, but they won't.
They can also end the season 11-5.

we can definitely lose every one of those games, but the one I think we will have a very vary hard time winning is against the Broncos...
1. the have a very good creative offensive HCoach.
2. They have good speed at RB.
3. They have amazing speed at WR.
4. We play in London
5. Their QB is playing with much more consistency than ours. (they can score a ton of points)
6. They have a very good secondary. (Champ and Dawkins)
7. They have Brandon Lloyd. :)
The only good thing is that they are a little injured, but I think we don't mach well with this team...
if for some reason we manage to beat them, our confidence will go to the roof and with the bye week, I can see how we can run the table through the playoff...

This team still plays to the level of their competition and has been out coached in every game except the Raiders game.
The 49ers can't match the speed of the Broncos. It's going to be just like the Kansis City game, big loss.
Before the season started, I picked the 49er to lose that first Rams game and I'm sticking to it. When was the last time the 49ers ever played well coming out of a bye week? If the team wats to show that they have finally turned the corner and have a legitimate shot at the playoffs, then this is the game that will prove it. They get Walker, Williams and Heitman back. They will have two weeks to tweak the offence, tweak the O-line, change up the running plays, work Westbrook and Dixon into the offense. How they play in this game will define the rest of the season, imho.
I think they beat the Panthers, Bucs and Cardinals and go into Green Bay 4-7.

Like someone said, they have to remain confident and aggressive. If they play this conservative, "we can't commit a turnover" style of football, it will lead to .500 at best. That style might work against the Raiders, but you're basically counting on breaks to go your way. That's the nature of the game.

Because wins and losses aren't the only way to analyze how good a team is, how they've been playing, or how well they can play. Who they've played, how they played in the losses, how they played in the win, etc.
They are three bad bounces away from being 4-2 with wins over the Saints, Falcons, and Eagles and played better in those three losses than they did in the win against Oakland. If they play like this did for most of those three losses, minus a stupid mistake here and there, they can beat every team remaining on the schedule, no doubt about it.

Again, this team still needs to show us that they can win 10:00 local time road games. They got two in a row. If they're 3-5 heading into the bye, I'll start sipping the kool-aid.
Is the Bronco game really gonna be a 10:00 am game for them though. IT will air here at 10:00 am but what will be the time in London. Will it be a night game over there?
I think it's a 7:00 London time game. I know that's it's a 5 or 6 hour difference from London to the East Coast (where I live).
Still though, it's a 10:00 local time (meaning SF time) game for them - something that has been extraordinarily difficult for them.
They'll have been in London for a week by gametime. There won't be any issues with what time it is.

Rams
Bucs

We can win all of these games coming into Green Bay in the same fashion, simply playing smart and not having any turnovers like we had in OAK. It shouldn't be hard to beat these teams and they should give us momentum going further into the season. It's all possible as long as we don't f*** ourselves over.
The 49ers have been the 49ers toughest opponents so far.
I agree that we can be 6-5 and that we should end up being 6-5 going into Green Bay. However we also should have beat the seahawks, and Eagles going into those games respectively and we could have beaten the falcons and saints. This team is just too inconsistent and like everyone has been saying they beat themselves. If we play mistake free football we are capable of winning all our games because we have the talent to do so. Hopefully we get our s**t together and come out and play some organized and disciplined football these next 5 games. I don't think Green Bay is going to be very pretty. Aaron Rodgers is one of the best (sigh, wish we drafter him) and we always have trouble in Lambeau. Anyways, hopefully our team doesn't have this kind of mentality and look ahead like this. We need to focus and concentrate one game at a time. We have got to prepare for the panthers and come out and kick their ass. If our run D shows up, they shouldn't do anything against our D because Matt Moore is Qb and Steve Smith is likely out. I want to see us get extreme momentum and come out and dominate. I don't want this game to be close. Complete domination of the panthers would feel really good.
