Forget about the past 8 years, I mean starting now. Here is how i see it: Head coach - everyone knows, needs to be changed QB - see previous. No feasable replacement in-house. RB - the addition of Dixon should have a positive effect for several years, would not mind adding change of pace back Line - 2 first round picks and still looks bad. could be a matter of coaching. WR - not the best or fastest bunch DL - can't create pressure on opossing QB LB - Bowman looks promising but still unsure about OL rushing abilities DB's - short, slow guys. Although, there are a couple of cases of NFl ready QB's coming out of college, it ususally takes a couple of years for rookies to get accustomed. To me it looks like 3 to 4 additional years, I would certainly hope not.

Totally agree.
Our biggest issue starts at the top with poor management and leadership making bad staffing decisions year after year.

This is true...as long as the Yorks lack infrastructure, it will be the amateur hour in this franchise. It can happen...I know. I grew up with the Bidwells...

Bingo! The Niners will be fixed the minute the Yorks hire experienced football coaches/GMs to run the team. No game plan, no improvement.

This team doesn't lack much.

It just needs to get better at HC, QB and OC.

It's a talented team.
