The exclusive event for season ticket holders will feature three guest speakers in 49ers President and CEO Jed York, Head Coach Mike Singletary and Vice President of Player Personnel Trent Baalke. The voice of the 49ers, radio play-by-play man Ted Robinson, will serve as master of ceremonies and will host a Q&A session with the panel members.

soooo is music just going to play for the next hour or when is this shindig gonna pop off?? I can't keep watching the Giants game, Deadliest Warrior and looking at this empty stage with dramatic movie music.

So from what I gather thus far (out of Jed), is that we're following within the FO management strategy of the Minnesota Vikings/Dallas Cowboys. (No GM, just a VP/Exec of Player Personnel, and Jed will being pulling the trigger on coaching staff/player procedures.)

It might be a smart move, too, seeing that we haven't had the best judgment in hiring/entrusting within the right GMs over this entire decade to possess that type of 'defacto' power position.
