DUDE, THAT'S SO f**kIN EXTREME . . .

Everybody wants the 49ers to stay in the Bay Area, San Francisco particularly. However, with the lousy economy and a growing anti-sports mentality among a large percentage of SF voters, there is no chance of any public money actually going to support construction. Further, whoever would develop the stadium complex is going to be saddled with additional demands to "support the community" with low income housing, etc.

After the governor signed off on the environmental waiver to build the new stadium in LaLaLand, it is just a matter of time before the 49ers will either get what they want, or move to a brand-new joint in Smogville. To be honest, if I were Jed York, I would move as well. Gavin Newsom and his pandering to first one special interest group and then another in his quest to become governor has slowed down the progress to a stop. Now attempting to gain some momentum will be very difficult, if not impossible.

Don't worry, if you pray hard enough, L.A. will get the Raiders back! Then that'll solve two problems, your need for a team in So Cal, and the zone not having to read your posts anymore! Win-win!

We rule this state , we are bigger and stronger. They are a bunch of whiny sissies who fondle little boys and brag about it.

We dictate the state. They can only blame themselves for losing this franchise. We will gladly support it and give it a nice venue.

"First of all, the whiners are closer to moving to LA than anywhere. The Santa Clara proposal is a dying quail. The voters will never approve it next June and there si not enough parking, this just came out. Not enough parking especially for Mon/Thurs night games, since 20k of so of the spaces come from office parking lots. So the team won't get National TV games? Or will have a 8pm PST start time. Ludicrous, but the bottom line is the voters are about as inclined to approve this as they are to line up to french kiss an AIDS patient.

As for the Raiders? If you know Bay Area infrastructure, the Oakland Alameda County Coliseum is in the BEST spot for a stadium in the Bay Area already. They are not going anywhere, shared or not. When times rebound in the economy, they will build a new Coliseum (sniff) in the same spot, where BART, multiple freeways, the OAK airport, and inland access all convene.

To me it is as clear as day, but those of you that want to dream, dream on."

I could give a s**t about the city to be honest, I've never even been to SF and I visit LA about once every two years. But I had a choice I would rather keep them in SF, either way I am a 49ers fan, not a San Fran fan.
