thats a great editorial. Especially coming from his own school.

I agree great article.

Great info & breakdown article!

I agree.
"Randy Moss didn’t get paid like a top 10 pick when he slid all the way to the No. 21 selection to the Minnesota Vikings in 1998.

Why would Crabtree be any different?"

Your right, I don't think Crabtree was as dangerous as Moss! I'm afraid that he want's so much money because deep in his heart he doesn't like football anymore, so regardless on what happens he is secured or maybe his ankle is done seem's.

Moss fell due to his off the field incidents. Not comparable at all.

bulls**t Crabtree was injerd when he was picked ! everyone has baggage !
Its good to see that at least people at Texas Tech are starting to become ashamed of him. I would not be suprised to even see Mike Leach get forced into eating his own statemant he made after the draft. Leach should come out and say that Mangini was right to call out Crabs as a Diva , that he was wrong in the statements he made, and that the browns made the correct decision in passing him over in the draft. Good too see Crabs losing support from just about everyone.

It doesn't matter what conference he's in, as long as we get to play against him that way P.Willis and the boys can knock his ass out.

He can't do anything for any team w/o 9er permission. Contrary to the belief of some, he can't get away with video taping a workout, doing a "personal" workout with a QB and WRs, or anything resembling a workout. Roger Goodell will pounce on this.
almost 5000 replies.
Was just watching First Take and they said Jed York wants to meet with Crabtree in person so they can work out a deal once and for all. I like this move from Jed and I really like the way the 49ers have handled this situation.

Mike Leach would do no such thing, the word bias mean anything to you.

Mike Leach is worried about Texas Tech. Michael Crabtree isn't his problem anymore.

Not only bias, but imagine the recruiting nightmares that would cause.

"Wait, weren't you the coach that stabbed Crabtree in the back? Yeah. I thought so. Maybe I'll pay Texas A&M a visit."

Jed made the offer sometime last week. As of now, there's still NO response from Crabtree or Parker. That's ******* rude of them to not reply right away. And Crabtree flew back home to celebrate his b-day, understandable. But why stay in the Bay Area all this time only to fly out when the 49ers President/Owner wants to talk to you?

I hope this POS never becomes a 49er! He doesn't deserve to wear the red and gold.
The Texas Tech article was really good. What I found most interesting were the comments on how Crabtree got most of his stats playing against college teams that could not even beat a 5A Texas High School team and that scouts will be scrutinizing Crabtree even harder this next draft. The article also pointed out how the Niners are tearing up contracts and rewarding young players that are contributing. If you read comments in there forum and this is the general belief is that Jerry and the Cowboys are some how mixed up in this whole thing.

Living in TX and seeing a TX college essentially separate itself from the legend Crabtree was at Tech is amazing it has never been done. It just show how Crabtree is out of his freakin mind when it comes to understanding reality
