WOW!!!! That was f**king heart breaking!!!!!!!! Lots of good things can be taken from it, but also lots of bad. Like the fact that we couldn't convert a first down to end the game. I just hope the team looks at this as a "good loss". Bounce back from it and beat the s**t out of the Rams. Cuz i'm about to do this.

Jeez at least call a play action.....we can pass the ball if we let Hill play, our last TD drive was there.

Raye needs to be fired....you don't rely on our inconsistent running game to maintain possession when the Vikings had three TOs.

Sigh....that was a great effort competely wasted by a few numbskull decisions. Hopefully Singletary learns from this. I really hope.

They have to open up the passing offense.

I have only two things to say:

1. His foot was on the line. In another day or two -- a replay will "miraculously" be discovered that proves the 49ers got screwed -- but a loss is a loss.

2. The 49ers need to make a 1st down when it counts. The defense isn't to blame for this one. It's that damn line. It better grow up and grow a pair -- fast. It just cost us a 3-0 start. One first down -- just one -- and Farve never would have touched the ball.

Damn. This hurts worse than all those games the Giants blew while leading late this season. This one was tough.

What a fantastic game. I was entertained all the way through. Our team learned alot from this loss.

This is obviously a very dissapointing game, more so than any I can remember. Very hard to swallow, BUT we must come away from this realizing this was ours to win. We can hang with anyone, we are 2-1 and we WILL post a winning record and win the West.

We will get that one back. As God is my witness WE WILL GET THAT ONE BACK!!! Already I want Minnesota in the playoffs.

If you have to throw a 39 yd strike the why arent you blitzing at the end of the game.
Bring the blitz and force them to throw it before they want to. You dont just let them take their shot. Horrible call to close out the game!

well..good god this one hurt bad...i'm still in shock but yeah what a way to lose...Why is sims still on this team?? And Roman really just shove him out..nice playcalling trying to run out the clock...i swear i almost headbutted the tv

EXACTLY! 1:29 on their OWN 30! Stop coming up with excuses! Blame the prevent or Mark Roman if anything. Also, Andy Lee didn't get a good grip on that punt, he almost fumbled it!
