We really wearing the away white uniforms tomorrow?
Anyone know why they changed up player Introductions? For years they would announce the players first name and the fans would yell the players last name.

changed up randomly this year and felt weird.

Home field advantage = too hot to wear home colors.

Kind of reminded me of the 90s when they'd wear white at home for preseason games.

They wore them at home regularly after they brought back the '94 all-white throwback unis in 2018– at first as a "color rush" uniform replacement for the first all-black alternates worn from 2015-17:

2018: at home vs Rams
2019: at home vs Panthers & away vs Seahawks (this became almost an annual tradition due to winning the NFC-W in this season finale game that was on SNF—Greenlaw stuffing their RB at the goal line on 4th down)
2020: at home vs Rams & @ Seahawks

Then, when the red '94 throwback jerseys were brought back in 2021 (for the team's 75th anniversary season) the white throwback jerseys were reassigned to be worn on the road (usually at Seattle), though in 2021 the '94 throwbacks were worn a total of 6 games: red jerseys at home against the Packers, Colts, Rams and Falcons; and white jerseys away at the Titans and Seahawks.

In 2022 new uniform rules limited alternates/throwbacks to 3 games (unless special permission is requested, for example a team's anniversary year), so the Niners have usually worn the red '94 throwbacks for two home games (often in primetime night games) and the white '94 unis for one away game (normally @ Seattle) since then. A team could also start having alternate color helmet shells—allowing more accurate throwback looks for teams like the Buccaneers and Patriots to bring back white helmets of their past. So far, all the 49ers have done is swapped out the current "SF" oval on the helmets to the older 1989-95 team logo, and haven't attempted a throwback helmet (since that wasn't done in 1994 as well—-all the team did was kept wearing their regular helmets and didn't attempt to mimic the 1955 helmets, which were just plain red).

Uni rules were again amended this year to allowable 4 games a team can wear alternate/throwback uniforms due to the "Rivalries" unis for the AFC-E and NFC-W being trial-run this season.

I used to sit in 224. It was originally $5k SBL and $125 per game. I'm curious what the per game cost is now?

Geez again. I'm finally thinking of unloading mine. Started at $125 and now $210 per ticket per game.
