Yaaaaaa, I'm pretty sure the plan was to finish the game up in Oakland on Tuesday.

Can't wait!
I just made my appointment, Im in the first group too. Once you make an appointment they send you the SBL agreement. It doesn't have any prices (I'm assuming that's based on seat location) but it does have the finance plan. It's essentially a 12 year financing plan at 8.5%. You need to pay 10% upfront (like right now), 10% in 2013 and 10% in 2014. Starting in 2015 you can finance for an additional 10 years.

Once I have my appointment and get the prices I'll let you know. If anyone has once before me (27th of Jan) please post. My guess is around 10k per seat in the lower bowl, 5k upper bowl. Premium club seats could be higher.

This sucks. Been a holder for a while (including a lot of bad years) and now this.
10K for a seat? is the 10K at least a deposit for later season tickets or is it SOLELY a separate payment just cuz the owners need money for financing the stadium? I was just about to put the 100 deposit on 4 seats, but now i probably won't
Someone needs to twitter Jed!

Seriously, it's not like this stadium is going into foreclosure. This stadium will be around at least 40 years and doesn't need an extra 10gz from every faithful 49er fan

The bolded would be correct.

Wow, they are actually charging 8.5% interest as well! Good lord this is legalized extortion. The real sad part is the true faithful, those with the best sidelines seats who have had tickets for 30+ years, are going to have to pay the most. Great way to look out for the most loyal fans.

Also, can you confirm if the appointment is an in person visit, or is it conducted over the phone? I live in Pennsylvania and would not want to fly in for a 30 meeting sales pitch.

Hi everyone, I am new to the site. I am a season ticket holder and I am waiting to get my appt. A friend of mine who is also a season ticket holder was told by a 49ers "ticket salesperson" that the SBL would be 5k,10k and15k....Endzone to the 10 yardline would be 5k, 10 yardline to the 35 would be 10k and 35 to the 35 would be 15k...Not sure how true this is, but sounds close, based upon the Dallas stadium..I will post more once I have my appt, not sure when that will be.

Definitely hope that isn't the case.
Wow at these prices. Well, for a stadium that is costing over $750M+ to build, I can't say that I'm surprised.

When its all said and done, the stadium will have cost over 950million. On a side note, Jerry Jone's Company is involved with the ticket pricing, so dont be surprised by the costs of the SBL...

I believe it's only in person. They make it sound as if there will be some kind of visual presentation where you can 'experience' what your new seats will look and feel like. I'm sure you can skip the presentation and just buy...but I do believe the presentation is only on person.
