From my uneducated perspective, it seems like a humongous project to finish in three years. Granted, at least the government isn't the one doing the construction - it took seemingly more than a decade to fix that damn San Mateo Bridge/92 junction.

I guess I'm "lucky" enough to be in the first group as I got my email notice about info coming in the mail regarding scheduling and appt (which I guess I will have to fly in for).

Usually PSLs are priced based on location. I guarantee many will be over $10K/seat. Am bracing for the worst...

I am in the "First Round of seat Allocations" it does not say First Group, so this tells me that they are going to go round by round, and weed out all of the season ticket holders fast, and the e-mail says its "STADIUM BUILDERS LICENSE" (SBL) Not PSLs...... This is not good, the Raiders "PSLs" were selling for $10k ea 15 years ago.....get ready to get bent over by the yorks. This will be at least $10k maybe a lot more, I am sure the price $$ will go up like the new colors chart goes up depending on where your seats are at. The poor sobs who have sideline seats are going to pay badly.

This is one reason I wish we would just stay at the stick, but sooner or later the 49ers and Yorks will move out unless they get the new Stadium. This will be pure profit and a shamless money grab. Do you have any idea how much money the Yorks will end up making on this and how much the 49ers will be worth if they win the SB and get the new Stadium? The yorks will put Hunderds of Millions $$$ in their pockets.

They broke ground for Cowboy Stadium in April 2006 and it was substantially complete in June 2009. Without a full exterior envelope to build like Cowboy Stadium a 2014 kick off isn't out of the question IMO if they start by April or May.

That was just the Raiders trying to look good. There was zero percent chance they were moving the game to Oakland. How the f**k were 65k people going to get over there? That would have taken hours.
