I don't see the comp between a guy QBing dark ages 49er teams, that's night and day vs what we have now with Darnold, I do think QB play is majorly impacted by talent around said QB, so I see these as two different situations.

Hopefully, because Sam has still plenty of future time ahead of him, found his place and become successful as an above average quarterback with us. Blaine, I think, has missed his train already.

But up until 2022, Jimmy was known as a QB that turned the ball over a lot. His high int % remained relatively consistent every year he was here (until 2022) despite the talent improving around him. Why are we assuming Darnold's turnover % will go down now that he's surrounded by better coaching and talent when that wasn't really the case for Jimmy?
