But the original post I replied to you stated bad experience doesn't give you a leg up. I'm just saying Darnold hasn't been all bad.
And with that said, I've got more faith in someone whose played in 50 games than someone whose played on 4 games in three seasons and coming off of a major injury.
Not when that experience is bad experience with coaches you seem to think completely suck. A lot to overcome.
No credit is better than bad credit

Darnold went 4-2 last season, passed for 7 TD's and 3 INT's, which is still better than Lance. So no, not all bad experience at all. And yes, Shanahan is better than ALL the head coaches that Darnold has had which had to do a lot with Darnold's development and struggles. Not sure why that's hard to understand.
And no, No credit is not better than bad credit. My nephew couldn't even finance a car without credit experience, so you're wrong there also.

Just because Shanahan is better doesn't mean he can fix years worth of bad coaching in what 2 months?
Try to finance a car with a 350 credit rating. That's what Sam has right now.

92 rated in 2022.. is there really a ton to fix? what if the answer if KS playcalls, playing with an elite TE, two #1 WRs, etc. Does playcalling matter? Is KS better than Gase or others at that?
disclaimer - the 92 rating is looking at the whole picture, as opposed to cherry picking best or worst game

Darnold has nearly the same stats as jimmy, he just didn't have the team

I sense a 2.8 reference or a CMC reference incoming

And you think Trey Lance is gonna just step right in and set the world on fire after playing in just 4 games in three seasons is laughable.
Where did I say he would light world on fire? You are the one that wants Lance traded and have Darnold start week 1 if Brock can't go not me.
I have zero faith Darnold will be anything more than he is right now week 1. Maybe later in season and into next season he can be. But I'm not gonna pretend 50 games with other teams didn't happen.
