Well said. Anyone that's ever played football knew it was a massive red flag when this dude came back fat after his "weight gain" and said he hit 3 plates on the bench for the first time ever(high school football kids do this).

I think Drake should either go to a 5-man front(aka "3-4") or consider switching positions to a stack LB. He's got athleticism and max effort to hang his hat on, and he's flashed when he's chasing the ball. Maybe he has a Zach Baun type ascension as a stack LB.

Don't they make these types of moves and then after a couple days when they clear waivers they revert back to the team's IR? I might be thinking of other types of transactions or in season transactions.

Not surprised, I guess ppl can stop b***hing about him now lol. I liked him some and seeing that int against the Raiders was good times. But yeah, it seemed the productivity slumped a bit before the crappy injury. A tough injury to work through. Another top pick..poof! lol.

Yeah totally agree. This wasn't the scheme for him at all. Unfortunately that injury is a death sentence for football players. Wish him well and hope he lands somewhere else

Ugh !!! Availability is key. If a player is not available they cannot contribiute. A little surprised as a low cap number and position of. Need. There must be a back story as to why he was cut
