Aside from Thomas Morstead (P), the player many fans didn't want to see cut was Sebastian "Hulk" Valdez (DT).
Hopefully, he'll pass through the 10 teams ahead of the 49ers on the Waiver Priority list for 2025 - and that is, if

Next year the target for the top few rounds kind of have to be on offense ... at least from the perspective of who is going to be a free agent before the first game :)
