That sucks. Already his 2nd major injury in his short career.

He's the guy we probably should've/would've drafted with our Trey Lance pick (Micah wouldn't have gotten to us, Dallas would've just stayed put and drafted him), but man, that health history is a real damper. Chargers season is likely not a contending one without him.

Slater would have been a nice pick but back them Williams still had a few years left and Kyle wanted a QB that could move and stay healthy. Obviously it didn't work out but at the time QB was a bigger need.

Damn saw the jaguars kicker nail a 70 yard field goal with some room. With a touchback being placed at the 35 they could be in field goal range with 1 first down

A kick from mid-field is 67 yards ... so you spend all your money on defense, on offense you get 3 downs to get 13 yards then kick a FG. :)

So ... a 77 yard FG? I think the official stat is the yards from the end zone to the line of scrimmage plus 17 yards.

Problem would be if he misses it, the opponent would be inside your 50 so it can backfire but just like he did if it's end of the half or game on the line he has the leg to pull it off if it comes to it. Don't think you recklessly attempt a 70 yarder without nothing to lose
