So you're formed a subject they must do this in order for me to say anything positive about Lance? Not once did I ever see you say this is what you need prior to lance playing a single football game.

so Brock had a bad game vs DC and Dallas? He sure as s**t didn't have "at least" 3 good QRs. Does Tampa bay count? Outside of a 3rd QR Brady INT that put SF just out of the RZ. We punted the ball the rest of the 2nd half. How about the Raiders game? Brock did NOT play well for "at least" 3 QRs of football.

for someone that says they want Lance to be good…you sure are passive aggressive about all of it. You can't even saying he had a damn good game vs Houston. Why? Because you have a biased narrative and can't just admit it.

You're allowed to feel how you want. Lol feel how you want but don't say I'm exaggerating when I say I don't think he's played well over all.

all of those games require context. The tampa game was over by halftime. So the game plan changed and we really were just trying to run time out. Brock played well in the raiders game, especially down the stretch etc.

I think the offense is super clunky and inefficient in his three starts. I personally don't think that's debatable but you can feel how you want.

im not passive aggressive about it. Why would I say he did? He absolutely didn't in my mind. Lmao like at all? I don't even think he has a good game. Look you love Trey and he does no wrong in your eyes, good for you, I don't feel the same about him.

if he was as special and great as you say, he would be the starter. Kyle would be pushing him to be the starter. If he was as good as Brock, it would be a different story. I think Brock is exponentially better than Lance. I think he always will be.

People who win are called winners.

Nick Foles is a winner too, right

Who cares?

And the answer is no, Foles is a .500 qb.

1-0 in games that REALLY matter
Jimmy btw is 0-1 if you don't recall.

what are we doing here?
do you think Foles is a better QB than JG?

Better when it matters, absolutely.

That's fine and all…you got all these peeps saying he's elite and the next Montana and I'm saying hold the phone and wait a min.

Who cares about winning % if you blow it when it matters? Foles has a ring what's Jimmy got?

I really do hope he's elite, not the next Joe Montana but the first Brock Purdy. What I don't understand is why people do t want that for Trey also.

Foles EARNED his ring. What has Jimmy earned? I wouldn't even say he earned all the money he was paid. Gifted his rings just like he was gifted his paychecks.

Calling a coach a choker is the biggest cop out I can imagine, especially Kyle. Was Pete Carroll called a choker for not handling the ball to Lynch? Players are the only people capable of choking imo, and it says more about those saying that than the coaches themselves.

Hahaha I always forget jimmy has two rings from his days with the patriots.

foles did earn his, for sure.

Hmm I think you can make a good argument jimmy didn't earn the money he was given. He was overpaid but he also wasn't bad. lol Jimmie's best days he was in the top 8-10 range, but id say he was usually in the 10-13 range.

the offense was very efficient under him, we did a great job converting third downs, he would throw the ball in position to where he would put the receiver in a good position to get YAC, usually. He definitely had his limitations though. I don't hate on him like some do. I think he was good to damn good for us, but never was able to get to that next level to win it all - or at least stay healthy enough to.

my biggest disappointment with jimmy was how he performed in the playoffs. It's one thing to have an average game or two, but all of his games were average/crap. He was putting up Trey Lance numbers in the playoffs :/ 😏

I get what you're saying and there is truth to your comment, but I'd say coaches can too. At least the coaches who are play callers.

Players are the ones out there executing but sometimes the play calling puts the team in a situation with unnecessary risk.

He is trying to prop up Lance by trashing Brock.

It seems pretty easy to understand why people might think that Purdy didn't play well in that game, whether you agree or disagree. Our offense as a whole underperformed against them compared to the averages that Dallas's defense was giving up all season, particularly in the 2nd half of the season. There was also a dropped interception in that game on our 1 TD drive. Probably the easiest interception a defender will ever have, but Diggs was already thinking about the dance he was going to do in the endzone when he let it slip through both hands.

There was two dropped INTs that game. He under threw a pass that the DB should have caught. It's not the end of the world…anyone talking about a having to play good for at least 3 QRs for it to be considered a good game…needs to back up that with a couple games where Brock wasn't "good" for 3 QRs. Or just admit that's a stupid take and say Lance had one good game. Seems to be hard for a couple people to do apparently

There were not two dropped INTs in that game.

Brock played like an elite qb last year, the stats and results prove it.

Dude me too! I want nothing more than to have him be elite level for the next decade. Give me Joe Burrow 2.0. Let's roll.

agreed. I just think it's incredibly ignorant to proclaim failure or success long-term off such small sample sizes.
