We agree Jimmy can't finish. What will it take for Lance to change your mind? A SB win? Better stats than Jimmy? More wins in a season than Jimmy?

Jimmy can finish. I've seen him finish seasons.

Lance can start with this.

* Exceed 2 NFC Championships. (Jimmy G has done that many)

* Exceed 1 Super Bowl (Jimmy G has been to one)

* Be as good or better in winning percentage (Jimmy G has one of the best in the entire league)

* Finish seasons. Stop being so injured.

Ok. That wasn't that hard. I agree. He needs to do those things. Some can't be accomplished in one season, but at a minimum, Lance should get to playoffs and be formidable next season. And if not, I'm open to looking elsewhere, depending on how he looks.

Josh Allen and Justin Herbert have 0 conference championships. But they're obviously better than Jimmy. So maybe that's not the best metric.

Better deep ball (FACT whether you want to admit it or not), better mobility, the team's run game is better with him on the field. There are other things that aren't as uncontroversial.
