You have failed to prove or show anything that supports him sitting a year is a wasted season and or that gets little to no development. And when presented with a player who says it helped them, you brush the players comments off. I think the player knows better as to whether it helped them or not.
And you've shown me no legit proof that supports sitting a QB is the way to develop a QB. You talk about great football minds says YET no one does it!
You mean the same player that said he couldn't read defenses and STILL won the MVP? That guy lol. Every player who's asked that question always says "it helped me prepare like a pro", players also say one of the most important things they can get is reps.
Our freaking HC said it's hard to get better at playing football, by not playing football. John Lynch said that Lance hasn't gotten damn near any snaps during the season (in practice) and how important those are for developing.
"The great news is that Trey's gotten a lot of valuable reps [this week]," Lynch shared. "I think that's the tough thing in this league. You're trying to develop Trey, but starters typically get 95 percent of the reps, if not more, in the NFL, so it's hard to get a backup reps. So, if anything good of this has come, Trey's got a bunch of reps, and he's really responded in good fashion."
so he's literally not getting any reps from Sept-Jan any people think a kid who's in desperate needs of reps is just gonna come into 2022 real to roll, give me a break.
