Lol complaining about his inexperience and refusing to let him play to get experience.

your one of the dudes that wants him to sit, then calls him a bust when he has to come in and play because ol' Jimmy jam has a tight calf or whatever else is bothering him this week.
The 49ers offense took the ball into Arizona's territory on 8/9 of their drives on Sunday….That's despite having a massive amount of penalties that constantly set them up in 1st/2nd and long all damn game

And you're (*) one of those dudes who starts punching air whenever Jimmy succeeds and does everything you can to try to downplay it.

Good stuff. Trey has sooo many moving parts that it's likely going to be difficult for him to remain consistent throughout a game. The dude bounces like he's got springs in his cleats, and the false step out of the gun has been bugging me since college. What the f**k did he pay Quincy Avery for again?!!!? I hope he cans that dude and works with someone new this offseason.

That said, the physical talent is so tantalizing and exciting to watch.

Yes. And Mitch Wishnowski. Woot woot! Super Bowl or bust!

I know we should definitely start Jimmy because we're currently a SB roster

Why isn't this a Super Bowl roster?

I think we'll need some good luck this year. The 2019 roster was legit, but from that we are missing Buckner, Mostert and Emanuel Sanders. Those guys were big pieces. We will need their drafted replacements Aiyuk and Kinlaw to step up and start contributing a lot more. We can't match Mostert's pure speed, but we have some capable backs. Kittle needs to get on, and stay on the field. Kyler Murray and Matthew Stafford getting roughed up wouldn't hurt. So ... I'm saying there's a chance ... but this roster is weaker than 2019. Bosa, Williams, Deebo, Wishnowski all playing above their 2019 level.

Agree, still good but missing some key contributors.
2022 should come with high expectations.

At the end of that long drive at the end of of 1st/beginning of the 2nd, I posted:
IM SOLD HES READY

Maybe an overreaction but I do feel better about him after those long drives.

I am OK with Kyle starting him if he wants to.

The main point - is that he's making it harder for himself. If he can just clean up on his mechanics, the sky is the limit.
best case scenario for anyone not living in fantasy land

Rookie: red shirt season/ learning Shannys complex playbook

sophomore: first year as full-time starter with a year of studying the playbook under his belt, still green as a player, but ton of promise with a good chance to compete in the playoffs

3rd season: he's ready to go, shows us why we traded so much for him as the team contends for a super bowl and Trey becomes a yearly mvp candidate

On that 4th and 1 play was Juice suppose to toss the ball to Lance? I watched the replay again and Trey looked surprised that he didn't get the ball. And Trey was moving to his left like he was expecting a toss.
What about these rumors that Lafleur screwed over Shanahan on draft day. Had a deal in place and asked for JG and Lance at 3 but backed out after….maybe SF wasn't taking Lance at 3? other reports after draft came out saying Rodgers thought he'd be a niner too…

it's all wild rumors

Juice was tryna play hero. They ran the exact same play against GB/SEA and worked. Cardinals saw the exact same formation with Juice motioning to under Center and both LBs came down and plugged both A gaps. Trey would've took that to the house if Juice didn't play hero and tossed him the damn ball.
