DJ is a NT, Hurst is a 3T, he's only 280, Jones is well over 300 lbs.

Hurst is tailormade for this scheme with his ELITE get off+snap anticipation coupled with ability to get skinny and penetrate. Until Kinlaw begins realizing his potential, Mo Hurst is the best 3tech on the 49ers' roster.

Yeah, Depth looking good. We Rotate our Dline a lot. So I see them all contributing. we are in Good shape in case someone gets banged up.

John taking care the RB and Dline position prior to the draft so it gives him more flexibility at other positions when it comes to the draft. I expect him to draft 2 corners, One being #43. I wouldn't be surprised if he drafts a couple of Linemen also. But right now CB is our biggest need in the draft. As of now if Verrett goes down we are screwed. So I hope we do take a CB at 43 and another one in the 4th or 5th RD. I wouldn't even object to taking one in both the 2nd and 3rd RD.

I've heard more than one talking head draftnik say that 2021 is the worst interior DL crop they've seen in many years. The 49ers offseason seems to jive with that.
