Without a press pass he has no more access to the team than the people that post here. No ability to attend press conferences or non-public team activities, no more SI affiliation, no radio or TV interviews where he can be introduced as a credentialed 49ers beat reporter.

He can make as many Youtube videos as he likes, he'd basically be screaming into the void.

At the end of the day this is all going to blow over..

One is a loser 3rd rate entitled toxic wannabe reporter who might be losing his job and will most likely never change and stop being toxic.
The other is a 1st round pick who has been injured and hasn't been able to produce as he should who came from the ghetto and faced alot of adversities growing up.

Kinlaw has a higher chance to live up to his 1st round potentials still while Nancy Grant will always be a toxic loser who might lose his job or at least his reputation has already been tainted beyond repair.
