Hahahha.

What a f**king massive hiring Kocurek was. 49ers are so lucky that dude was available.

For real. One of the true unsung heroes IMHO. Benton even more given Kocurek is working with elite talent and Benton is working with the Tom Compton's every year in critical games.

Tristan Wirfs falls to pick #14, you have the opportunity to shore up your offensive line after they got mauled in the Superbowl, having passes batted down, giving up pressure all over the O-line, and you go an draft ANOTHER D-lineman because you didn't want to pay Buckner. Shambolic decision making.

#1 are you ever satisfied with anything the team does?

#2 they saw the same game and decided to get a guy who could be the type of player who was causing all sorts of issues for our team - batting down passing and causing pressure all over the O-line in Chris Jones.

#1: Loved the Jimmy G trade at the time, loved the Bosa pick, I was even ok with trading Buckner since we have plenty of depth at D tackle.

#2: Totally understand, but maybe they missed the lack of production from our WR. Maybe they missed the fact that refs aren't going to call holding on any O linemen.

Is that not why they added Aiyuk? Who whether accurate or not was the #1 WR on their board?

What can go wrong with a 6-6 guy with bad knees?!?

A bigger concern was that I heard on BP podcast that he had to lose 40 pounds to get down to 325 so it's something to keep an eye on too.

Not really much of a concern at this point. He lost the weight once he got on campus and stayed around that 17-20% body fat weight for 2 years and through the combine.

The concern was why he had to lose 40 pounds for the combine. After the season, did he hang out with Trenton Brown and Mekhi Becton at the local buffet?

What am I missing? The gamecocks have him listed at 310, the senior bowl at 315, and combine at 325 during his rehabbing so the 10 pounds is normal.

Aside from when he came from JUCO when has he had to lose 40 pounds?

Took awhile to get Olinemen out of his gastrointestinal tract.

There is plenty of tape out there on the guy, there is snap by snap tape against many teams.

He suffers double teams as often as most DTs do, heck maybe even less since they did stunt him with regularity. He was not really singled out for any triple team that i saw. I am not even sure how a DT would be triple teamed.

When you watch him play, he has many....many.... wins. They might be nowhere near the play, or the QB....but he does move the pile. It really looks like it was come hell or high-water he was going to shoot the gap infront of him and get as deep as possible.

There are many snaps were a sole blocker locks him up, and his power doesn't work....and he has nothing else to fall back on. Alabama had a few snaps were they drove him 5+ yards back on run plays.

That is what lead me to wonder if he will be a better pro then college player. It happens with regularity. That is a far cry from b***hing and Moaning.

At the end of the day, they picked up a huge man, with big man strength. It was a good value for the spot they got him. I much prefer San Fransisco's chances with him then I do SC. I hope he gets with Bosa's team and works his tail off. There is a lot of un tapped potential there. I would bet we have not seen 60% of what he is capable of.

Dude all you do is bi**h and complain, you sound like a teenage girl who can't get her way in her sweet 16 party

I'm disagree with the way this front office manages the draft, give specific reasons why, legitimate reasons, and you resort to personal attacks.

Why don't you argue some logic? Polemics, something.

Ain't no one attacking you, stop being a baby. Your posts just annoy me because every move this team makes you cry and cry yet this team made the SB in 3 years with the moves you hate so much. Why don't you go on indeed and put out your resume so you can be an NFL GM since you know what Lynch should be doing

Maybe it was just time and money. And i doubt he gained snd lost that weight between december and march.

But the moment he declared, money was no longer a big issue. So instead of getting by on cheap junk food he now has a nutritionist guiding his balanced meals.

The moment he declared grades did not matter, attending class did not matter. So now he has the oppurtunity to do 3-4+ hour workouts.

grades and classes did matter to him. in fact he had already graduated from SC with his degree before the combine
No reason trying to talk down the guy at this point, his tape shows he demands a double team and he has a great motor. Bosa had injury concerns too, so does every player. Any next play can be their last. Dude is a beast and a huge 9er fan and he's playing where he wants to be. We got younger, cheaper and landed a good character guy. He has the tools to fix what we lost in Buck and we won't be asking him to carry the dline, so it's all good.

If we took him at #31 and if all the WRs were gone at #13 and we picked Aiyuk, people wouldn't even be complaining. As great of a job as guys on this site do at draft forecasting and keeping up with all the players, no one here knows better than what the 9ers coaching staff and management want to keep this team together and building on a super bowl trip that no one saw coming last season.

We are just as good today as we were at the end of the season, we just need to keep building on that.
