You do realize that QB is knocking on the Hall of Fame door? Two MVPs, couple of elite seasons, lots of winning throughout his entire career, etc. Gimmicks don't last 5+ years.
You do realize harbaugh won a SB with flacco as his QB.
If anything since going with lamar he's only done worse and worse... I'd rather have Jalen hurts than lamar because at least you know you can build a SB winning offense around hurts weaknesses.
Even harbaugh trying to play to Lamar's strengths (ie run the ball down their throats) he wasn't successful. Even bringing in derrick henry to try to help ...
This is why it's a gimmick and not sustainable in the NFL.
Ultimately just like his brother he got fired for it...
