Somtimes bad situations can be a blessing in disguise. I hope so, an average lance with a high 1 and another 2 and financial flexibility would be crazy for us. Hopefully he balls out but with the picks we can get will alleviate some pressure.
and Deebo going to the jets? We will never hear from the guy again.

I think there is a good chance the 49ers trade Samuel to the jets - but they won't do it until right before the 10th pick to try and get as much as they possibly can and keep the jets freaked out and/or other bidders involved

People really need to stop bringing up Julio Jones. He's physically broken and an injury just waiting to happen. His price tag relative to the number of games he'll actually play is bound to be completely lopsided.

Draft week is peak 'smoke and mirrors' season in the NFL. There's rumours flying around all over the place.
Even if the player wants to get traded doesn't mean it will happen and doesn't mean it will always stay that way - 12 months ago this week Aaron Rodgers wanted to be traded - fast forward 12 months and he's signed a new contract with the Packers.

Not in this draft class. 10 and a Jets 2nd or 3rd plus a 3rd or 4th next year is more in the ballpark.
