or trade him to a team that will pay him. All add this draft for the most part is butt at the top. Got GMs with less then 15 1st rd grades on players….a 1st this yr isn't as meaningful as past drafts, gonna cost more

I liked the media attention last year especially when they were all wrong with Mack Jones. This year, not liking the media. All they talk about so far is Deebo is getting traded and where Baker is getting traded on draft day with no mention of Jimmy. I'm still holding out hope we find a way to mend the fence with Deebo because there isn't a WR in this draft who could fill his shoes even with 2 more years of seasoning imo. I like an exciting draft as much as the next guy, but not at the expense of losing our most effective offensive player in Lance's first year.

Almost feel sorry for him because one can be a great player/athlete or one can be a great person. Or, one can be both. But he's going to be a NFL player regardless for a very short period of time. If he played as long as Brady that's absurdly rare and pretty much a non possibility because he relies on his athleticism more. Plus, his physical style guarantees that won't happen. But that's still both a minority of each and every year and a minority of his natural life. Who he is is a person is going to be more important than who he is as a player. And right now he's going to have a hard time getting many first downs as a person with the way he's acting.

But as it is, we don't need him as he is right now. Imo. And he's obviously a great player.

Trading Deebo for a high first round pick would be as dumb as you can get. Trade one of the best players in the league who is in his prime for what? Our recent draft history early on suggest that would be a terrible mistake. Trade Deebo so you can just draft another Solomon Thomas, Mike Mcglinchey, Javon Kinlaw, etc. ?

You don't trade a generational talent, even if his shelf life will be shorter. You'd better get a couple first round picks and a good player if you were to make such a trade. But even then, I don't think it would be a great move.

Do what you have to do to sign him to an extension.

This this and this..... The 49ers and fans don't want to trade him. Deebo wants out and if there is no possible way of fixing it you have to trade him. Rather it is this year or he holds out next year if he wants out he will get out eventually.

I think most fans want him to stay but understand that he might be gone and accept that possibility

Look, at a point this stops being about football and starts being about life. Individual lives. Football is great, but it's a hobby, a distraction.

no TO was legit dumber than a bag of rocks and was a problem in the locker room with the Garcia stuff. Deebo is none of that. and he's nowhere near acting like a dirtbag. your view seems to be based on how this whole thing is framed by the media.
