Yeah never agreed he was a diva it was just contract negotiations, but him blaming his numbers on lack of opportunity, showing up out of shape after the contract negotiations, not breaking tackles and just dancing around last year and now this geeze. Deebo is a Niner legend whether these nerds like it or not. His 2021 season is the greatest single season for a 49er that I've ever seen as a lifelong Niner fan.

This is exactly correct. 6th i think we are lucky to get. Drama, Divabo, Inury prone, not a good route runner and worst of all he lost his edge to play hard

Now that a lot of trade talk has come out recently about DS, it will be interesting to see what transpires. His trade value will likely diminish now that he's asked to be traded, and coupled with a underwhelming season and overwhelming contract , makes the FO chances of getting a big return on his trade value unlikely imo…And, as our FO mostly tries to take care of their players, ( or at least appear too ), by accommodating their wishes by sending them to a team they want to go to, that too may limit his trade value as well. As many have pointed out, getting more than 4/5 th rounder for him is going to probably be difficult. Maybe they can get a decent player in return instead of picks.

You never saw Jerry Rice or Roger Craig? Both had better single seasons than Deebo in almost every category. More yards. More TDs. More total yards. Better catch percentage.

Deebo has been a good player and at times great but he's not in the all time legend category. A good player that might have been great if he didn't get injured so much. He only played 6 seasons and had one 1000 yard year. He never had more than 7 TDs in a season.
