Jimmy stepping up really helped get the backers attention onto him and off Dwelly

Dwelley was always a star player here at University of San Diego Torrero's. He was one of their best players. It's not a surprise to me to see him doing well. This is who he is.

Agreed. I watched him live a few times myself. I coached with the dad of his QB at the time (Anthony Lawrence), so went to a couple games. Dwelley jumped out at me as a legit NFL talent. The Lawrence family loves him, says he's a great guy and they follow his career closely. Great to see him doing so well!

I never really knew how he was until this season. I usually don't pay too much attention to UDFA and all that but he has filled in admirably when asked. Def has the talent
To play at this level and glad we have him. That final pass play was awesome

I agree. Whenever seeing him in person he would definitely jump out to you. He was the first person I would notice going to their games. I go to more San Diego State Aztecs games (I have season tickets). But I go to a fair share of University of San Diego Torrero's games as well (where Dwelley played and Harbaugh once coached and Josh Johnson was also QB for a time).

Dwelley! Dwelley!
Is it just me or does Skule look like he's lined up illegally. He's waaaay behind the line of scrimmage and behind the center lol. Think we got away with one there.

Have to give it up to the coaching staff for finding solid depth through UDFA. I think that we have 4 or 5 guys that went undrafted but are solid contributors.

That credit goes to Adam Peters and our scouts.
The UDFA success is amazing; Breida, Wilson, Dwelley, Mosley, Al-Shareer, Mullens.

I agree about the scouting department but I feel more credit should go to the coaching staff because these players are much better the second or third year.

Brunskill was an UDFA too. Not ours, but that just means he was a double UDFA.

Crazy we've found so many udfa who even make the roster, let alone contribute in huge regular season games
