And that is completely irrelevant to the fact that this dude sucks and was a bad pick.

I'm happy we're 2-0. I'm happy with how well we've played. I'm not happy that Lynch moves up in the draft to draft dudes like this.

Fact is, we could've had someone else who could make more of an impact. Trading up for Pettis was a reach to begin with.

Heard the same thing about Witherspoon last year. DP flashed big last season, we haven't seen the last of him scoring touchdowns.

Agree with you, he had some success his rookie year and seems like he rested on laurels over the offseason much like Witherspoon. Hoping he gets the same fire under his a$$ that Spoon did to recapture his form from the end of last year.

While he doesnt seem to get targeted... there have been a few plays in both games he is running wide open. Seems like he just didnt earn JG's confidence over the summer like Deebo and Taylor did.

But obviously zone logic says trade him before he gets a chance to correct his mistakes along with Spoon and start Mullens. And how did they not keep Marsh over Blair and let Moore go.

Lynch reached twice in 2019 to make up for it.

I'm fine with the Pettis bashing but Lynch has been part of team that has brought in Bosa, Kittle, Witherspoon, McGlinchey, Deebo etc. It's looking like a lot more hits than misses.

Yes lets trade our best running back on a run oriented team that spreads the ball around to multiple receivers for an aging albeit great WR who hasnt been able to finish the season out every other year for the past 5 years and isnt currently suiting up. Oh... and is in the final year of his deal.

#1 WR is the most overrated thing in football. Give me multiple weapons that allow for today's performance over force feeding one guy.
