Can't wait to see his PFF score. I'm guessing low 80's will be where the dart lands.

LOL

What's this year's excuse? It's no longer weight, or discipline, or etc....

He is what we said he's always been. Run centric T with below average pass protection ability and tapped out on talent. Kyle loves him. Fans are just seeing things more clear now.

He actually had been playing fairly well this year but yesterday he was awful. Even Staley mentioned it on the post game show. The problem is they don't really have anyone better right now.

Where's AB to tell us how great a pick he was?

He looked like he was a good pick at the time. We needed a tackle and he was available. He hasn't been a total bust because he's a good run blocker which is a major part of Kyle's offense. The problem is they haven't been able to improve his pass blocking.
Can someone explain the decline in play after a promising rookie season? It can't just be the departure of Staley

A strong running game made the play action passing more effective.

Brunskill and him should switch spots for a few games and see what happens. Brunskill was a very good pass protector at tackle in 2019 on the left and right side

I agree. Brunskill is a better pass blocker in open space. McGlinchey is a better drive blocking run blocker.

I think the only reason people put McGlinchey outside is he is tall. He seems like a Tackle. But he's not natural there IMO.

Why? Didn't you see with your own eyes that he play poorly.

Was making fun of how PFF scores him highly when he plays like s**t

I'm not here to defend this dude because I hated the pick on day 1, but I wonder if Trey taking out his knees at the end of the 1st quarter impacted his play. I thought for sure McGlinchey was done after this. It looked really bad.
