I hope he plays better with an offseason program. Being put on his Ass by a DB was really bad.

1) contract year
2) new fellow-domer RG will help stabilize that side of the line
3) Alex Mack will also help
I expect an improved season from him, similar to Armstead where will have to figure out what to do with him because he'll command a big enough salary.

First round OT next year sounds nice. Oh wait, maybe the following year. Oh wait.... f**k it I guess we're keeping him.

Brunskill, McKivitzs, and even Moore could be in house replacements.

In house replacement means a 5th round guy or later would be taking over a premier position. I like seeing 1st round talent at the T positions. I'm just not sure if McGlinchey will play up to his draft position. If that's the case, I guess they could let him walk. I'd rather see him walk with a 1st round replacement though.
I understand draft position doesn't mean everything. I just like to see the talent level and the draft position line up, especially at a premier position.
Brunskill seems best suited at G and possibly backup/ future C. Again, I'd rather them draft a blue chipper to take over after Mack. Thankfully C/G go late first early second for elite prospects. C can be addressed in the second round but those elite tackles go early. Hopefully McGlinchey has a bounce back year and all of this is moot

No way should any of these guys be trusted to take over at starting RT.

Or, you could read the article.
And then believe it or not believe just like anything written from a players response. I tend to believe McGlinchey.

and that's the way it should be, not speculating on how he put his weight on.

What am I missing..….
He trained hard (and put on weight) to prepare for the season….
That's great, but Should he not be doing this each & every year??
