Moncrief has plenty of ability...the QB situation in Indy has not been good the last couple of seasons. He's also healthy...no rehab that they'd inherit w/Robinson. Especially now that Lynch has signed Sherman, for me it makes more sense to sign Moncrief. That'll also enable Lynch to sign other/more FA's than if he signed AR.
