90s Cowboys,90s Bulls, & now 00s-10s Patriots. Dynasties that were cut short by friction & egos. Cowboys & Bulls have never recovered
I would put Harbaughs Niners on that list but that'd be disrespectful to those dynasty teams

It's all Brady's fault in my opinion. Brady reminds me of Kobe Bryant. Brady is to Montana as Kobe is to MJ. Brady is not going to let what happened to Montana also happen to him. We all know Montana could have won us 1 to 3 more Super Bowls considering what he did with KC. Brady is all about routine and repetition. He knows if he goes to another team, there's no chance. He basically forced Kraft to give up 10 more years of Pats dynasty with JG for maybe 1 more Super Bowl.
Brady is the only person in all of this that has is heavily invested in the short-term success of the team. Nobody else. It is obvious he is the one pulling the strings here. Kraft let himself get duped.

Harbaugh's niners weren't ever sniffing dynasty status.

I have never liked NE, but this year there is even more of a reason to hope they don't win it all. The meltdown could be epic, with Darth Hoodie leaving the Pats. Then he will agree to be the DC under Kyle and win another handful of rings while reaping the benefit of Jimmy's ascendance to elite QB. He really is 3 moves ahead

Montana didn't even play 3 seasons in KC.

Waiting to see what happens with Patricia and McDaniels. If they both go that could be a sign that Belichick is getting ready to clear out and telling them not to bother sticking around to take over for him.

BREAKING: Bill Belichick 'sees an opening' to coach @Giants and might take it amid Patriots drama, source tells @garymyersNYDN http://nydn.us/2EaJ6HC
If I'm a Pats fan I'd start to sweat a little bit... I still have doubts but the smoke is getting a bit too suspiciously thick.

He played 2 and took a crap talented offense to the playoffs. He would have done well with a stacked 49ers team. But that's another debate.

The timing on this is really bad for what appears to be a one sided- leaked- story. The damn team is about to go into the playoffs as the favorite in the afc.
Im really scratching my head at the moment.
