Hard to be a plus player with Mike Nolan trying to wreck his career.
Good Lord. What a train wreck that guy was. He and Dingleberry managed to set the team back by nearly a decade.
On another note. JG is going to lead the Raiders to a playoff berth. He might even win the AFC West. Long-suffering Raider fans will come to love the guy. Until he makes a typical Jimmy mistake.

Totally agree, he shoots himself in the foot whenever they lose, well most of the time that, especially in the playoffs.

And here's the thing. As far as Alex Smith goes, might be hard for us to believe sometimes, but for some players there is life beyond/after being a Niner.
The KC Alex Smith was a pretty good quarterback.
If you have the career that he did, playing that long, and some of the years he had, that's a good career by NFL standards. Great? Of course not. But there are a ton of quarterbacks riding benches or who started for a while and fizzled out (Tribusky, Blake Bortles, etc.) who would have taken an Alex Smith kind of career.

Allen has been great in the playoffs for the most part.

Man. Love Jimmy but so glad he's not our QB anymore. I'm not even a Raiders fan and I'm nervous every time he lets the ball go. PTSD or something lol.

I'm watching it right now cheering for JG. He is so Shaky and giggles on the sideline after a crappy drive.
