And we replaced him with TL who is injured year 1 and year 2

it's a KS problem.. he doesn't coach any preservation.. just stands on the sideline and watches one QB after another go down.. all to preventable BS

we are testing the limits of how far you can go down the QB depth chart and still be remotely relevant..

I have a hard time blaming KS for both injuries. Jimmy has always had health issues. Last year it was his thumb and it affected his game for the 2nd half of the season.

It's all preventable if you build in or teach / coach throw aways or what to do with a free rusher, etc. With no TL we can't lose JG also, free rusher ball out it's that simple you can prax this stuff.. cant hold the ball and absorb two guys on your back

jg is making these dumb decisions and KS at the end of the day is responsible for the product on the field

But they still haven't gotten his replacement. Lance has been injured 5 times since 2020.

Imagine thinking that this particular injury has anything to do with "durability"

It does imo I've seen him take on defenders vs KC, hold the ball vs TEN, not throw away here

it's the dumb decisions

what kind of winning play did he have in mind with two defenders riding his back. he looked like a mechanical bull on that play. You don't see Brady or Mahomes trying that bs they wouldn't last either

He's a competitor. He had to try to save yards. If he had dropped down at his farthest depth it would have been a 55+ yard fg.

He's trying to save field position on a broken play.

Instead of just getting down and taking the sack, this guy tries to run around and gets a season ending injury by big lineman. Same stupid s**t from his ACL injury

Story of his career here. Not wanting to throw certain balls away if the footspeed or lane isin't there.

And actually he had gotten better @ it under Griese but reverted back to it under the pressure of a big game.

It was an unnecessary injury. He should have given himself up. Jimmy tries to do too much. It was stupid. I'm done with him.

Brady is the king of the flop. Just have to accept Jimmy's football iq is borderline moronic. Fighting for a yard on third and long. Wtf

I hope he's ok. If it's season ending, his time in SF is done and that'll be a shame

if his season is over, so is our SB chances unfortunately…

It's funny how the only time you and I agree are right after games. It's not the 1st time.

Imagine thinking that sticking the word "imagine" in front of a sentence makes an opposing opinion not true or in anyway supports yours...

Bottom line is Jimmy is often getting hurt. That's a durability issue. Sometimes it's bad luck, sometimes it's pushing limits but the end result is the same. He doesn't stay healthy and it bites us way too often.

Looks like Brock is the guy. time to shop for a 4th string back up lol
