I kinda wanna pump the breaks on the excitement til the Jags game to see him face off against a legit D...but it's hard not to get excited. Hope the team responds to him even more moving forward.

Name the last QB we had who displayed the poise, mechanics, reads, pocket presence, and laser beam throws? Regardless of the quality of the opposing team, it takes natural talent to quarterback like that.

Lack of pass rush is why I'm trying to hold back the excitement. Jags have a great rush and a dominant secondary and their linebackers are fast and athletic. If we can move the ball on them and if Jimmy looks this good against that D....then it's time to make Garoppolo shrines.

No one does good against jags D. If they had a solid but not spectacular Alex Smith or Andy Dalton at QB they'd have the SB I'm the bag. They legit have two shutdown corners

I won't be surprised if he struggles, we don't have near the horses to play with that d. We need a lot more talent to compete with top defenses, a qb can only do so much when we're missing key pieces. Ramsey and Bouye will make It extremely tough for jimmy to find receivers, Taylor is gonna need to put in work in the slot

Still not gonna really judge him too much on the Jags game with the roster the 49ers have on both offense and defense. Jags offense is pretty stacked and the defense will probably force Jimmy G. to play from behind. Jaguars are definitely legit with the #1 rushing offense and #1 defense, Baltimore and Pittsburgh have won Super Bowls that way.
