I don't think he will, but it'll def be a story line that the media will beat into the ground
Jimmy gonna get PTSD against the Chiefs.
The Over/Under for them showing the play when Jimmy got hurt during the broadcast..... 4.5
who wuda thunk it ..... Jimmy's a Dumbo ..... boy these media guys are really something. Jimmy's been our qb for almost 2 years now and we finally find out he's a dummy ? stop it just stop it!!! Jimmy's going to tear the league up this year and I don't want to hear no apologies from the likes of old man Chris Mortenson. go niners !!!!

That's such a bogus report. First of all Scott Zolak is a bigger drunk than Scotty Mac. He's also a huge Pats/Brady homer so no wonder he'd be trashing Jimmy.

Bill Belichick is not the type of coach who would tolerate a QB who can't practice for sh*t...especially when that guy doesn't get any playing time in games that matter.

Reports at the time also had quotes from players on the Pats talking about how good JImmy looked in practices.

Boston media loves to sh*t on their former players after they leave. I guarantee you if we were to release JImmy and he wound up back with the Pats he'd be the best thing since Tom Brady again.
ok, im sick and tired of reading about jimmy. positive or not. im sick of it. please let tomorrow night come already. f**k sake.

Local radio callers are so misinformed. Everyone calling in talking about how they want to see Jimmy slide around the pocket, not have happy feet, etc. Not totally their fault but it shows how everyone will listen to the TV color commentary and run with whatever is said. The MNF crew kept mentioning how Jimmy needs to feel the pressure or whatever they were babbling about. There's a reason why coaches, when reviewing film, have a clicker in their hand. It's because there are 22 guys running around and you can't watch everything at once. So you rewind and watch, rewind and watch.

On his 6 passes, two had free rushers, one had the Center shoved back in Jimmy's face. TV color analysts have a tough job, watching a play once then having to break it down one second later. But what they say weighs so heavily on what people think.
