We can afford to pay Buck about 20 a year. Kittle 11 a year and Ramsey 16 a year.
We already have a little over 20 this year which is enough for Buck if we had to give him one this year(which we don't since it kicks in 2020 or 2021). for the rest we Just have to make a few adjustments like cutting jet. And Cap should go up another 6 or 7 mil. Plus kittles wouldn't kick in until 2021.
Saving 4.8 on jet next years and 4.5 on Ward is almost what we'd have to pay Kittle each year.and we'd save another 7.2 mil from jet in 2021. Very doable
Plus you can always restructure Jimmy G. Convert his salary into a signing bonus. That can free up to $18 mil.
Yup. And the players association has to work a deal out with the owners. The cap could end up going another 10-15 mil just from that deal. Because players get 47 percent, that will almost for sure go up to at least 50 percent.
Players can always be moved . Restructures can be done. It's not like we'd end up in an impossible situation like the cowboys got with signing Dak, Cooper and their defensive talent.

Well, the best move to do is to trade for Ramsey because Sherm's a season away from being our starting FS.
and people will laugh at you if you think that our D will be better of keeping Spoon if we get a chance to get Ramsey..

Witherspoon gave up that pass to JuJu, although had the safety taken a better angle probably wouldn't have been a TD. It was atleast 20-25 yards, Just wanna throw that out there.

No, he's going to be up for an extension before that. Heck, he could get one after this season. Now, if they want him to put together two good seasons before giving him a deal, they can do that as well. But he does not need to string together three solid years to get his payday unless you count his rookie season one of the "solid years."

Any update on his injury?
Initially said would be out AT LEAST 4 weeks - implying more can be expected...

His injury might not have been as serious as first reported.

He probably still misses three games which was just about what was predicted. Being out of the walking boot is one thing, but those foot injuries are tricky.

He said Ahkello Witherspoon (foot) won't play Sunday in WSH but might be a possibility the following week against Carolina.

That would be great if he could return by the Panthers game.
Moseley will hold it down in the mean time like he's been doing!
