Foster will be a fan favorite and the leader of this team in a couple of years. Only thing that will hinder him is injury.

I hope he cleans up his tackling. He won't last long in the NFL leading with his head.

whats wrong with that ?
its not pick and choosing games. its the last 17 he has played. how does that make it any less worthy ?
How about we wait and see if he can even play 16 straight games? He's never done that. Last time he was with kyle he had more INts than TDs
his stats overall show me he's a great backup ...Dereck Anderson and nick Foles had one good season as well doesn't mean they're good.
Piecing together Stats from three different teams from three yrs is kinda stretching it imo.
fun fact Mike Lombardi who was the GM when Kyle was there in 2014 said today that Kyle was begging for them to trade for Kirk...that's the same yr the worked with Hoyer.
Anyway back to Foster
and now back to Foster

I brought it up multiple times in the draft forum.
And it should come as no surprise. If you lead with your head in football, you'll sustain concussions. I cringe every time I see the Foster/Fournette collision. Reuben is lucky he didn't paralyze himself.

How does wearing that collar prevent you from leading with your head?

For what it's worth, in that fantastic film clip, it appears he tagged that guy but led with his L shoulder. It was a bone jarring hit, but his head was not the battering ram. That's good news.

That's not true at all.
This is how it's done. Clear your head. Land with your shoulder. Drive through your opponent. Textbook.

Oops, and then in this one he definitely led with his head/helmet. Ouch. But note he did aim at the RBs shoulder pad. Jarred his head but still didnt try for a hat on hat hit. Still was a spine tingler. Can't do that many times in the pros and get away with it. I agree that kind of hit catches up with you.
