Merrill Lynch just sold me 200 shares of the Malcolm Smith Fund. I'm going to be rich.

Me 2, not too worried, we have Warner, and Foster ready to come back next Sunday at KC. Smith is just added bonus, and he can be cut after this season without much dead money.
"Bonus" isn't quite the right word.
LOL

Smith is a complete bum and should be ashamed of himself. Signed in March of 2017 and hasn't been on the field for 1 game. If I was in that locker room he would be getting an earful from me.

Yeah Im not sure how he fits into the whole "we pay the guys who work hard" stuff that they say. He must bench press a lot.

$4.2M if cut before June 1 2019, $1.4M in 2019/$2.8M in 2020 if cut after June 1, $1.25M savings pre june 1, $4.05M post june 1.

I love the idea! Top Notch post!

Exactly, Smith is a low priority with Foster and Warner ready to take over.

I ain't mad, we have 2 stud linebackers again. At least it looks that way. If Smith can come in for the inevitable Foster mid game injuries (I really hope last year was a fluke) then it will help make up for lost time.
I do agree with the bum comments. He really needs to quit being such a P-$$+ and get on the field we really need him this week!

We should just IR this bum already and free up the roster spot for another OG or Edge rusher...anything at this point is better than waiting for him to ever show up.

Give up on the ER dream. There is no quality ER at home waiting to be called. That includes recently retired Elvis Dumerville.

Yeah but he's not wrong that Smith is just taking up an active roster spot at this point. If Coyle was still healthy I'd have cut bait with Smith.
