I can't even hate on Malcolm Smith anymore. He's getting paid millions for doing nothing...pretty impressive.

It's actually a very nice career. Play average, but play with good players. Win a SB, get gifted SB MVP by having the QB throw you a pick6. Profit. Get soft tissue injuries so you don't have to play a lot which avoids wear and tear of a full NFL career. Retire and enjoy life with less aches and pains.
Please cut him when Foster returns.

Idk if the guy off of the street is better. We might get 6-10 games out of smith. Guy off of the street probably doesn't make the 48.

True. As soon as Smith is available, I'm playing him as much as possible, having him carry the team equipment, and maybe even trying him out at right guard. Might as well get something out of him before we cut him when the year is over.

Hopefully Lee can play well enough to make himself the preferred choice off the bench at WILL ahead of Coyle. It's not like Coyle has more time in the system. They've both only been here one year, the difference is one is more athletic with more upside, and it's not Coyle.

Ideally, if Warner continues to excel, keep him at MIKE and play Foster at WILL when he's back. If/when Foster gets nicked, you should have two healthy options at wILL that both offer speed behind him in Smith (4.4) and Lee (4.69).

Totally agreed.
Next week if a miracle happens and this pu$$y plays it should be his last time on the field unless injury. Warner and Foster should be starting

It's always looked good on paper
This guy injured his hamstring on August 9th. More than a month ago. With treatment, no practice or game reps you'd think our medical staff could get him back on the field.

that was the dumbest thing in the first place.. we need players,. we payed him that much money to be a teacher in the new system and did he actually do any of that, and even so,is that what we do now. sign teachers and not players.. retarded

Good one!
It would be neat to see this guy actually play a football game...
