I'm with you, moon. We need to find out about CJ before we go after Cousins in FA or draft a Qb. I'm hoping Hoyer stinks it up so we can get Beathard in there.

Same here. I have been stuck on keeping Hoyer in so CJ doesn't get beat up and he can learn ZBS in practice. From his 2nd PS game it was apparent he is very proficient with ZBS, but once season started, wow....where did he go? I still want CJ to watch from the bench, but if hoyer continues on the track he is on, then something else need be done. There is a certain feeling of achievement when you win, and the contrary when you lose. But if you have everyone else playing well and your qb stinks it up, that can bring the entire team low. And if that is the case, then bring in CJ. Moon suggested 2 or 3 more, but i think we win this one. IF not, then yes, we may be ready for CJ, albeit a lot earlier than i would have liked.

I bet he was more of a dick about it in the offense film room with the skill players.

I have no issue with Kyle calling out poor play. No need to baby Hoyer is a stop gap QB for us.

I would think Hoyer would be offended more if Shanny didn't tell it to him straight as well. Hoyer is a professional; he knows he has ample room to perform better than the first two games.
Next game he finally throws his first passing TD, but also throws at least one INT.
I personally think he will have a solid game enough to put the CJ questions to bed until perhaps mid season.

Remember yall our bye isnt till like week 11 and we play the cawks week 12(atleast at home)...

I think the earliest we might CJ is vs the Jags week 16.

Agree. I think Hoyer just needs confidence that his O-linemen can hold for more than 3 seconds. When that confidence is there - I'm betting hell perform much better than in Seachicken land.

Maybe Shanny pulled a Singletary in the film room and dropped his pants to show his dick.

Kyle needs to call Mayo and Haley to talk to the team before Thrusdays game.

We need to.
What I'd like to see happen is little by little KS gives CJ playing time like Walsh did w/Montana & DeBerg.

By the end of the season he can take over as the full-time starter.

Ok I get that. We put CJ in and then what? Where do we get another QB from? Off the street? If Hoyer is benched he has to be cut

Why does his benching necessitate him having to be cut?

It is not like they would cut the guy to give him a shot at starting somewhere, he wouldn't start anywhere else in the NFL.
