Everyone is always dealing with s**t in life! Get the f**k over it!
Dude just stfu.
Hes a human damn being. He doesnt live just for you to have something to cheer for on Sunday. Dude played hours after his kid died. He can take off one game that he wouldnt have made a difference in anyway.
Seriously. Stfu.
So every year, he's gonna have a 1-2 tragedies? Stop it, that wr lost his brother fue to suicide and kicked ass a week later from the cowboys.. go cry me a river

He played hours after losing a prematurely born infant. Then a month later played days after losing his father. His commitment to this team should not be questioned.
If he has a personal matter that needs to be put in front of football he is more than entitled to it.
Exactly. The man has earned respect for his commitment to the team in tough times. If he needs to use up some of that earned respect by missing this game so be it. The people that actually matter - his friends, teammates and coaches - have no problem with it. Fans shouldn't either.

Stop with the personal attacks, unnecessary. I get that you vehemently disagree with what he is saying but we still need to be civil within discussions.

Proper fans wouldn't.

You're kind of a sad and disgusting human being if you feel like a football game is more important than a serious family matter.Originally posted by DickNasty:Originally posted by Antix:Originally posted by DickNasty:Originally posted by NCommand:Gotta be his sister.

This is akin to the US tolerating nazi free speech rallies. I understand the principle, but the pragmatic realistic situation is f**ked up that NT tolerates this hate-at-all-costs attitude towards the players.

So now it's come to folks resorting to trashing Goodwin for putting a personal tragedy before football (for once!). This place has been toxic all season, but this is a new low lol

Can we ALL please shy away from becoming uncivil and or attacking in our responses ?
I get that most if not all will view his comments as displaying a lack of sensitivity but we still have rules on this board.
Please and thank you gents.
