He has to get away from the old style Michigan 3 yards and a cloud of dust offense. McDaniel is a good step toward thst if hes given autonomy. If he isnt it's gonna be a big problem.

That would be great!! If that happens, I think he succeeds this time around. He proved he could build an elite defense with the Jets. If he can get things going on offense, they will take off. Only thing is, the AFC South is going to be as competitive as it has ever been.

Funny thing- we could've had Kyle after 2013 as OC. Or McVay, LaFleur, etc. Though at the time Kyle would've been the only proven play caller. Glad Jim has learned- FINALLY.
