I don't think Saleh is going to get a HC gig this offseason. But the man will be getting interviewed a lot.

Looks like it's 1 and done.
Who's the next DC?
if Saleh does leave, Raheem Morris imo
This is best case. Him or Schwartz. Morris isn't getting a HC gig anytime soon.

The #Cardinals have requested to interview #49ers DC Robert Saleh for their HC position, per @AlbertBreer pic.twitter.com/AyaZLlRTrK

Can the 49ers block this? I would since it's a division rival.

How do you get a HC gig after this travesty of a Defense? Of course it is not all his fault, but there is nothing this year that shows how he made it better than it should be.

I concur. Consistently inconsistent on all 3 levels of the defense this year. Confused LBs and secondary never got better throughout the season. I wonder how this year compares with last year's defense.

I'm not saying he is a bad DC since I have seen him do great with a great unit. But there is nothing from THIS YEAR where a team can look at him and go, "Yes he made that unit a lot better than it should of been and he deserves to be a HC".

Yes, I agree. I'm saying he showed that he's an average DC and really didn't improve upon last year.
