I think the Defense has been progressing nicely for the pieces that it has.

Unfortunately they looked worse than normal today.

but it is a win.

Ok? Why does it matter what they did 10 weeks ago? You and everyone else would say the browns are a top 5 D, and the titans dropped 31 on them last week (not 10 weeks ago)

I don't disagree that our defense is lacking, but a little dramatic to call it an embarrassment when this titans team put up 31 on an elite D last week.

II don't know I don't know why they went through us like butter but they did. They scored three touchdowns and a field goal in a game where we scored seven times. Cleveland has one of the worst offenses in the league. So if you look at all that together I think you have to conclude that we did a pretty shaky job out there against mediocre offense

I was a little shocked at the performance today.

Thought it was a step back after the bye.
Gifford totally whiffed on the Simmons touchdown.

I agree the defense sucked today!! All teams looking for a HC please pay attention!! We stunk on defense please don't hire this man!

The point I'm trying to make isn't that our defense is great, but our defense played better against the titans than the browns elite D did. We also dropped 2 easy ints.

s**t happens in the nfl. Hopefully we can do something about pass rush with gross matos coming back and Bethune or kendricks

Plot twist, Saleh let these defensive break downs for teams to watch it on tape and try to exploit it again when already has the solution everytime they try.

The safeties dropped a couple easy interceptions. They make those and everyone is rating the defense totally different.

Bethune is mid but there is a huge drop off with him and Luke. Hopefully he will be back soon that will help. The secondary is hopeless Dmo is the only one worth a damn so there isn't much you can do there.

Stout is more than likely going to commit a crucial 3rd down penalty in the playoffs.

That's my question. There has to be a DL out there being tucked away on a practice squad that can help. What about the Jets practice squad? Does Demeco have anyone tucked away that can help? Is there anyone not playing that can step in and help? Miami? Hell, is there no one in the ufl/xfl that can rotate in? No street FA's that can help? Jeezus, call Haley up and give him another $10K to come and line up for 8-10 plays a game lol. Kyle/Salah/Lynch have to have at least one favor to call in right now. Of the hundreds of players on practice squads across the league, there's really not 2-3 guys potentially that could be 2-3 tier rotational players that can help right now? Not a single DB out there that can help? Not a single vet that still has enough juice left for a 6-7 game sprint?

Hoping Bethune and Martin can come back for these last three.

which one is most likely to steal him from us?

Excited to see what this defense will look like with the return of Warner, Bosa and Williams next year.
