This sickening thought crossed my mind the instant Harbaugh was booted from the 9ers. THEN the Rams moved to L.A. THEN they acquired the #1 pick. Now this: http://www.cbssports.com/college-football/news/report-nfl-teams-to-make-push-for-jim-harbaugh/ It doesn't name any teams but the Rams make the most sense. -A raw talent at QB for him to develop. -A fresh hungry market. -Another high draft pick -Ownership that NEEDS to make another splash -Revenge against the incompetent Jed and the rudderless 49ers w/ Harbs 9-0 he may not want to leave in '17 but maybe '18? If he wins a National Championship he'll be back in the NFL for sure.

I couldn't help but think that Fangio/Roman might do well with the Jets.
- Williams/Richardson/Wilkerson/Revis on D
- Some big receiving targets on offense

I agree that Harbaugh probably won't go but I don't see the Rams job as a bad one. Lots of talent on their defense, particularly a beastly DL, a talented young QB to develop, a star young RB, they are in desperate need of competent coaching. I'm guessing they'll be looking for an offensive minded head coach, coaches like Kyle Shanahan, Josh McDaniels and Anthony Lynn should all be targets. Kyle Shanahan also worked at UCLA previously.

If/When Harbs comes back to the NFL... it will be to a solid team, that had a down year, with proven vets. Example Colts.

Honestly? I hope so, too. It would be hilarious having to play Harbaugh twice a year in light of his history with our franchise.

RIGHT! The timing of the Fisher firing ensures Harbs won't be back. He won't win a national championship this year so that's that
