For a 1st and conditional 4th ? No.

We could have signed him in March but didn't. That tells me Kelly wasn't all that interested in acquiring him.

1st and 4th, a sure NO...

BUT, what makes you think KELLY didn't want him... I would personally think thank that Kelly would wanna sign him and compete with Sunshine while allowing Kaep to walk before MARCH...

IT'S most likely Baalke who had the BRIGHT IDEA of trying to CON John Elway on giving up a 3rd rounder and absorbing the whole 11 million for Kaep while fully believing that both Wentz and Goff will be there at the 7th spot for the taking...

and since that didn't fall to his plans, he followed it up by drafting who I would call "FAN FAVORITE" in Buckner so that those silly followers of his would continue to support him and believe..

They couldn't just cut kap before march because he was injured. That clause can only be enacted if he's healthy.

then that would even make Baalke the GENIUS (NOTTTTT) that he is... letting Kaep act like he's injure when he really wasn't...you see, basically, all his game planning ended up biting his ownself in his butt..

Wait, what? He had 3 legitimate surgeries in the past 10 months. You think he wasn't injured? lol

He obviously faked his injuries and had someone photoshop him some fake MRI's.

The Packers defense blows when Rodgers is having a horrible season so far. Blaine Gabbert is the 3rd worse qb in the NFL. Number one and two are RG3 and Aaron Rodgers. Without their offense applying any pressure the Packers are an easy win. We will how he does this week against Carolina.

WHAT?

I hope you're kidding. I hope you don't really think Super Bowl MVP, 2 x NFL MVP, 2 x All Pro, and 5 x Pro Bowler Aaron Rodgers is the 2nd worst QB in the league.

I think he's speaking by 2016 statistics, and it's true by at least one of them (ESPN QBR or NFL QBR). I think it's the standard NFL QB rating.

Refer to the Justin Smith code of logic in these situations "stats are for losers". lol

Can probably change that to the Arik Armstead code of logic at this point
That Vikings' defense is nasty. If they can keep up their current level of play and Bradford continues to take good care of the football, they may be able to make the playoffs even without a running game. He's got to stay healthy, though - and that might be the Vikes' biggest challenge moving forward.

Looking like a good trade. Not sure what the hype was with Bridgewater anyway I think he was average at best.

Agree

I think Carr was the best QB in that draft BUT was dissed because his brothe flamed out.

Their OL is the biggest issue, they've been struggling in both run and pass blocking.
Bradford ballin out thus far. In 4 games with the Vikings he has 1,000 yards passing, 6 TDs, 0 INTs and is completing 70% of his passes.
I'm starting to wonder if the Vikes can go 16-0. Their defense and special teams are working like a charm and Bradford has been a revelation. Sure, he's not putting up crazy numbers but he's been extremely efficient and mistake-free...

He's playing at a high level.

I honestly didn't see it coming.

I thought he'd have been injured by now.

I expect the Vikes to be one and done in the playoffs

I don't think so.

Their "loss" versus the Seahawks in the playoffs showed they are more than ready to compete on the big stage. If anything maybe Teddy held them back in that game, and AP was a letdown.

This team should be in shambles right now if they were mentally weak. But they clear are not.

Most important thing is that they don't go 15-1, 16-0....it's super hard to win without a few losses under your belt. I know it may sound counterintuitive but the last two 15-1 teams in the NFL both failed to win the SB.

Doubly important for defense oriented teams I think.

Vikings will lose games this year because the offense just cannot produce, and defense can only carry them so far. It will feel like 49ers 2012 season.

Say what you want about the bradford trade, but he has been balling out so far. Maybe he needed the right system.

Didn't see it coming either. Let's see if he can sustain it.
